An update from the Maven Team

As we approach Alert Level 2, we will rebook missed appointments and begin to accept new bookings. Please read this information so you know how and when to contact us.

If you had a booking prior to Alert Level 4
If you were unable to make your appointment because of the lockdown, there’s no need to contact us. We will be working through missed appointments and will be in touch to rebook you into our system as soon as we can.

If you didn’t have a booking prior to Alert Level 4
To help us to manage the high volume of bookings, we’ve set up an easy-to-use form. All new bookings can now be entered via our website. We’ll prioritise appointments on a first-come-first-served basis, so it’s a good idea to submit the form as soon as possible.

We are unable to take bookings by phone at this time.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the salon.

While we’re open for booking requests, we won’t be able to schedule appointments until we have confirmed when and how the salon will be able to re-open. Once the government confirms these details, we will get in touch to confirm your appointment time.

Our priority will always be to keep everyone safe. If you’re unwell or advised to stay in isolation, please follow government advice and protect your bubble.

During this time, we know you will be wanting to look your best and take care of your Hair and Skin with your usual product regime.
If you require a consultation with a Stylist or Therapist, please tick the appropriate box on the form and we give you a call to discuss your needs.

Step 1/ Fill in the product request form.
Step 2/ You will receive an email back with the cost of your product and account details so you can process payment overnight.
Step 3/ Once your payment has been received you will receive a call as to when you can expect your delivery.

We know you will be excited to receive this parcel and rest assured we will be packing your products with strict sanitization process and delivering contactless to your home.

From what we currently understand from the government guidelines our salon at level 2 for the following 4-8 weeks will look a little like this.


Anyone entering our salon will be required to record their contact details at reception.


All clients will be required to wash their hands or use the sanitizer provided.


Our sanitization will be stepped up as per prior lockdown service.


All work stations, rooms and surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized in between clients.


We will not be serving any refreshments.


We will not be having any magazines.


We will not be serving home baking.


So with this in mind feel free to bring your own coffee, mag, book and a snack if you are in for a long service.

During this time the Maven team have had a great opportunity to rest and reset.

We have all been proactive with some amazing training online with our Hair and Skin companies and are super excited to be sharing all we have learnt with you soon.

We are looking forward to re-opening with a fresh, positive and passionate environment.
